Welcome to Voltsky UAV Power ("Voltsky", "we", "us", or "our"). We operate this website and store (the "Services") to provide industrial UAV batteries, custom power configurations, and related B2B energy solutions to our commercial, enterprise, and OEM/ODM clients ("Customer", "you", or "your").

By accessing or using our website, requesting quotations, submitting inquiries, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

Section 1 – B2B Transactions & Quotations

Voltsky UAV Power primarily operates as a B2B and OEM/ODM manufacturer. Formal quotes, proforma invoices (PI), and sales contracts specify the binding technical specifications, pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and delivery terms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP). In the event of any conflict between these online Terms & Conditions and an executed written commercial contract, the terms of the written contract shall prevail.

Section 2 – Products & Technical Specifications

We make every effort to display the specifications, chemistry, energy density, cycle life, and capabilities of our drone batteries as accurately as possible. Due to the high-performance nature of semi-solid state and LiPo battery packs, actual flight duration and discharge performance may vary depending on aircraft weight, payload, motor efficiency, ambient temperature, and flight altitude.

Custom pack dimensions, custom connectors (e.g., XT90, AS150, QS8), and specialized BMS communication protocols are subject to engineering validation prior to mass production.

Section 3 – Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices listed on the website are indicative and subject to change based on raw material costs, order volume, and customization requirements. Formal pricing is confirmed in your written quotation or proforma invoice. Unless expressly noted otherwise, all prices exclude shipping fees, insurance, customs duties, import tariffs, and local taxes.

Accepted payment methods include bank telegraphic transfer (T/T), Trade Assurance, and other commercial payment methods agreed upon in writing.

Section 4 – Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

Shipping procedures and dangerous-goods compliance documentation (UN38.3, MSDS) are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the designated logistics carrier, unless DDP terms have been explicitly agreed in writing.

Section 5 – Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns and refund requests are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Due to the hazardous nature of energized lithium battery transport, unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Defective products or items damaged in transit must be reported with photographic/video evidence within the timeframe specified in our policies.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names ("Voltsky", "Voltsky UAV Power"), text, graphics, datasheets, discharge curve charts, and website code are the property of Voltsky UAV Power and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

Section 7 – Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltsky UAV Power and its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to aircraft crashes caused by improper charging, incorrect wiring, physical impact, deep discharge, or operation outside specified voltage/temperature thresholds.

Section 8 – Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate commercial agreements under which we provide services or products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voltsky UAV Power operates.
