Our on-site QC lab runs every pack through charge cycling, thermal imaging, and vibration stress before it ships. No exceptions.

IEC 62133 UN38.3 CE RoHS UL MSDS / SDS
Cell Voltage Check 4.20V +/- 0.02V - 100% of cells measured before grouping
Thermal Imaging Thermal camera scan at full charge and during 2C discharge; max delta <= 2C flagged for review
Cycle Burn-In Every custom pack undergoes minimum 5 charge/discharge cycles in our climate-controlled test chamber
Drop & Vibration MIL-STD-810 vibration profile simulating UAV flight stress - validated on each new pack design
Electrical Isolation 1,500 V hipot test between cell terminals and enclosure on every production unit
Final Data Sheet Each shipment ships with cell-matched capacity report and QC sign-off documentation
