Custom Drone Battery OEM & ODM Solutions
Custom OEM Drone Battery Packs, Engineered to Your Airframe
Off-the-shelf batteries force your airframe to adapt to the pack. Custom OEM reverses that: the pack is engineered to your airframe — your voltage, your capacity, your form factor, your BMS, your connector, your certification requirements.
As a direct cell-to-pack manufacturer (not a reseller), Voltsky controls the entire chain from cell production to final assembly. That single fact changes everything about cost, consistency, and speed for B2B buyers.

Project Control & Acceptance
Every custom pack moves through an agreed technical baseline before production release. The review package is defined with the buyer at project kickoff and matched to the selected cell chemistry, BMS and airframe interface.
Project workflow
- Requirements baseline: align mission profile, voltage window, current demand, mechanical envelope, connector and telemetry needs.
- Design review: confirm cell layout, current path, harness routing, enclosure and integration constraints before prototype build.
- Prototype validation: test against the agreed electrical, thermal and communication criteria.
- Pilot-lot acceptance: review the sample, inspection record and release criteria before batch production.
- Batch release: ship with the agreed configuration record and applicable transport documents.
Evidence available for project review
- Approved configuration summary and mechanical/interface record
- Cell matching and assembly inspection summary
- Charge/discharge curve under the agreed test profile
- Temperature or current test record when required by the project
- BMS and telemetry validation record where applicable
- UN38.3, MSDS and transport documents where applicable
Representative OEM workflow — 12S inspection platform
Representative project workflow; customer and airframe details remain confidential. The engineering team first confirms the pack envelope, connector pinout and BMS interface. A prototype is then evaluated against the agreed flight profile and acceptance criteria before a pilot lot is released.
