Voltsky UAV Power supplies professional UAV batteries and custom energy solutions for industrial, agricultural, FPV, mapping, and heavy-lift applications. Because industrial lithium batteries require specialized dangerous-goods handling and compliance documentation, shipping arrangements are tailored to each specific order and destination.

1. Global B2B Shipping & Destinations

We provide worldwide shipping for sample orders, commercial batch orders, and OEM/ODM shipments. Availability of specific shipping methods depends on destination regulations, battery chemistry, volume, and carrier dangerous-goods acceptance.

2. Quotations & Order Processing

All shipping rates, transit methods, and delivery lead times are calculated individually and provided in your formal written quotation or proforma invoice (PI). Standard sample orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days following specification confirmation and payment, while customized or volume production schedules will be specified in the agreement.

3. Transport Methods & Estimated Transit Times

Air Express (Battery-Compliant Courier): Typically 7–15 business days depending on destination customs clearance and dangerous-goods flight availability.
Air Freight / Dedicated Battery Line: Typically 10–20 business days for commercial volume shipments.
Sea / Rail Freight (DDP / CIF / FOB): Typically 25–45 days for bulk OEM container shipments.

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by logistics carriers and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or regulatory inspections.

4. Lithium Battery Compliance & Documentation

All Voltsky battery shipments strictly comply with international dangerous-goods transport regulations. We supply complete compliance documentation for qualified orders, including:

UN38.3 Test Reports and Summaries
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
Air / Sea Transport Appraisal Reports
Battery Packaging & Labeling Compliance (Class 9 Dangerous Goods where applicable)

5. Customs, Tariffs & Import Duties

Unless explicitly agreed upon as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) in your written contract or quotation, import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT/GST, and local destination charges are the responsibility of the consignee.

6. Tracking & Delivery Inspection

Tracking numbers and carrier documentation will be provided via email or your designated communication channel upon dispatch. Due to the high value of industrial battery shipments, please inspect the outer packaging immediately upon delivery. If any exterior damage is observed, take clear photos before opening and notify our team within 48 hours.
