ENGINEERING AND PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. Application brief: define aircraft voltage, payload, flight duration, current demand, operating environment and target volume.
2. Pack architecture: select cells, configuration, protection, connector and communication interface.
3. Prototype: build a representative sample for fit, electrical and flight evaluation.
4. Validation: confirm capacity, discharge, temperature, cycling, vibration and transport requirements as applicable.
5. Pilot and production: lock the approved configuration, establish inspection criteria and align delivery planning.

QUALITY, TRACEABILITY AND COMPLIANCE
Our project workflow supports incoming-material inspection, in-process controls, final release checks and batch traceability. For qualified orders, we can provide UN38.3, MSDS and applicable shipping documentation. Compliance requirements are confirmed for the destination market and selected configuration.
